How booking works

  3. 03 Reserve your date Request your date online, then a $200–$700 retainer holds it. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding, on a schedule that works for you.

Questions couples ask

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes, anywhere in the US. Travel within 50 miles of Huntsville is included. Weddings 50–100 miles away add $125, and 100–200 miles away add $250 plus a hotel if needed. Farther than that, or anywhere I need to fly, gets a custom quote.

Can we get our raw footage?

Yes. All of your raw footage is $500 on a drive I provide, or $350 if you send your own drive (1 TB or larger). It’s unedited and not color graded, and it’s delivered after your final film. Please keep it for personal use rather than posting it publicly.

How do payments work?

A retainer of $200–$700, depending on your collection, holds your date. The balance is due 30 days before your wedding, and every plan comes with an adjustable payment schedule.

When will we get our film?

Wedding films are delivered in 4–6 weeks to a private online gallery you can share. Couples & engagement photos are delivered in 2–3 weeks.

How many hours of coverage do we get?

The Moment includes 6 hours. The Essential, The Story and The Legacy each include 12 hours of full-day coverage.
