The Forever After Shot is a wedding and event film studio run by Cashawn McCurdy in Huntsville, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through theforeveraftershot.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry or book a package or session, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, your partner’s name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue, the package you’re interested in and anything you tell us about your day. If you pay a deposit online, payment is handled by Wix’s secure checkout; we don’t see or store your full card details.
Like most websites, our site host (Wix) may automatically collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device and pages visited, and may use cookies to keep the site working.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your inquiry, check our availability, plan and deliver your film, send booking confirmations and invoices, and keep records of our work together. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
Your information is stored with the services we use to run the business, such as Wix (website, forms and bookings) and our email and invoicing tools. We share it with someone else only when it’s needed to deliver your film, or when the law requires it.
Your wedding footage
We may share short clips or stills from your film on our website and social media to show our work. If you’d rather we didn’t, just tell us and we’ll keep your film private.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
